LOL ok. Your more rugged though. Smarts? I don’t know. He’s been an Director of Technology for about 2o years, and a professor for about ten  but I doubt he could change the oil in his car.

Certainly more rugged. He may be some technology professor but he probably wouldn’t know how to plug in a network cable. I am suspicious of academics.

Actually he is the most hands on professor I’ve ever known. He despises text book learning and his classes consisted almost entirely of hands on excercises. His tests are also all hands on. Show him that y ou can actually do the task in a real world environment and he considers that a passing grade. One of the best  professors I’ve ever had. He also does all his own work for everything on the school network. No managed services or contractors . It’s pretty cool.
